ADMINISTATOR’S REPORT

Village Administrator Mike McFarland reviewed the agenda items for the Combined Committee Meeting scheduled for May 17, 2010.  Mr. McFarland spoke in regard to the representative from Planet Aid wanting to place a collection box at our facility.  He noted that he had reviewed some of the rules and regulations and the zoning department for the Village of Hebron does not manage that under the zoning.  Therefore, if they choose to place the collection box on Kroger’s parking lot there is not much we can do about it since it is private property.
