Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Hebron, Ohio in the office of the Village Fiscal Officer, until October 18th, 2013 at 10am.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 14th, 2013 at 10:00am in Council Chambers.

A Three Year Refuse Hauling Contract

Envelopes are to be plainly marked “Refuse Hauling”. Bidders may obtain forms for bids and copies of the specifications in the Administration office, 934 West Main Street, Hebron, Ohio 43025, during normal business hours.

The Village of Hebron reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

National Flood Insurance Rate Map

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) recently sent the Village a draft copy of the changes proposed in the National Flood Insurance Rate Map. There are minor changes to four parcels of privately owned property. Next up is the scheduling of a community coordination meeting by FEMA. That follows a mandatory 90-day appeal and a 30-day review period and another seven to ten months of completing the revised map. Anyone who wishes to view the map may do so at the Municipal Building located at 934 W. Main Street.

River Round Up Proclamation

Mason has issued a Proclamation for the Licking County River Round Up on September 7, 2013, recognizing this opportunity to create an awareness about clean water in Licking County, with hopes to energize the community by holding a hands-on clean up of our waterways, and engaging the community to work together to help keep our water clean.
