Topic: An application was received from Cook Family Holdings, LTD – UST Environmental – The property is located at 130 W. Main Street. Conditional Use – Establishment providing commercial vehicle parking. Any business or establishment which provides for the parking of commercial vehicles, trucks, semi-trucks, or commercial trailers shall be a conditional use and only permitted upon approval of the Planning and Zoning Board. The applicant wants to construct a landscaped screened barrier from the west side of the building along the rear of the front parking area and around the rear perimeter of the properties gravel parking area.
