Our zoning department is available to assist residents and others who are interested in improving structures
and the overall quality of life in Hebron. As a "Crossroads of Ohio" we are an attractive location for many

In an effort to protect the "small town" character of our Village, the Council has enacted a
comprehensive zoning ordinance and construction standard. Residents and developers are encouraged to
review any structural plans with the zoning department before work begins. Many activities are governed
by a permit process and require inspections. Our Community Development Coordinator is available to provide guidance and
assistance in the process and is knowledgeable about other governmental programs and requirements.
